This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned rejection of the Petitioner by the 2nd Respondent to the post of Graduate Assistant published in the official Website of the 2nd Respondent on 01.07.2017 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to select and appoint the Petitioner to the post of Graduate Assistant in Tamil.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today (16.11.2023), no one represented on behalf of the Petitioner. Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
