By consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner joined as Assessor in Ponneri on 17.11.1986 and at present the petitioner is working as Revenue Supervisor in Gummidipoondi. While being so, the second respondent orally informed the petitioner that he received a letter dated 14.11.2019 from the first respondent, in which he has been directed to relieve the petitioner as the petitioner has been transferred to Tiruvannamalai Electricity Distribution Circle on administrative grounds. Thereafter the petitioner made representation dated 25.11.2019 to the first respondent, but till date the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present petition.

3.Heard both sides.

4.Considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.11.2019 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
