This application is taken out for production of certain documents by the plaintiff and it is being orally resisted strongly by the defendant on the ground that an earlier application was taken out for identical purpose and that the present application is taken out to produce the same document that was allowed to be produced on the earlier occasion.
2.Responding to the same, the learned counsel for the plaintiff informs the Court that earlier this Court allowed A.No.968 of 2022 and allowed the reception of documents produced by the plaintiff but at the time of marking, an objection was taken by the defendants that the documents produced do not match their description in the application and hence the attempt of the plaintiff to mark the documents was foiled. Hence, this application was taken.
3.On hearing both sides, this Court understands that the defendants were served with a copy of the very document that is now being produced vide this application. N.SESHASAYEE, J.
