Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to issue a direction direct the 1st respondent not to harass the petitioners in any way unlawfully. For Petitioners : Ms.B.Bhuvaneshvari in all Crl.O.Ps For Respondent No.1 :Mr.Leonard Arul Joseph Selvam Government Advocate (Crl.Side) in all Crl.O.Ps COMMON ORDER The petitioners are employees in the non-banking financial Company viz., Vistaar Financial Services Private Limited. Based on the complaint of misappropriation, these petitioners are called for enquiry by the Police, alleging that they are harassed by the Police, the present petitions are filed.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that a complaint of cheating and misappropriation is under investigation for which the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.26627 of 2023 was alone called for enquiry. He, on appearance assures to produce the documents required for investigation, but did not turned up.

3. In the light of the above submissions, it is suffice to direct the Page No.2/5

petitioners herein to appear on summons before the Investigation Officer with necessary documents and on such appearance, the Police shall enquire them in accordance with law as per the guidelines laid by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.
