ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ Petition has been instituted for directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 06.11.2024 to admit the prisoner's husband, namely, Akbar S/o.Naina Mohamed, in the Government Eye Hospital, Egmore, Chennai, for provide proper medical treatment to him.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the medical treatment as such sought for in the writ petition has already been provided to the petitioner's husband/convict prisoner.

3. Thus, the cause do not exist and the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
