The present petition has been filed seeking to relax one of the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the Sessions Court weekly once, i.e. On every Monday at 10:30 a.m. Till framing of charges and thereafter as directed by the Court in Crl.M.P.No.17602 of in Crl.O.P.No.17721 of 2023 in Cr.No.158 of 2023 dated 07.11.2023.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the case is taken on file before the learned II Additional District Judge as S.C.No.78 of 2024 and posted for hearing on 16.12.2024.

3.Therefore,the condition imposed on the petitioners to appear before the Sessions Court weekly once, i.e. On every Monday at 10:30 a.m till framing of charges and thereafter as directed by the Court in Crl.M.P.No.17602 of in Crl.O.P.No.17721 of 2023 in Cr.No.158 of 2023 dated 07.11.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the learned II Additional District Judge on the on the next date of hearing and thereafter, on the dates as fixed by the trial Court.

4. With the above directions, this Petition is ordered.
