Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent and authorities functioning under him to receive the application of the petitioner for supply of Electricity, consider the same and direct effecting regular supply of Electricity on residential tariff basis to the various units of the petitioner building at Old Nos.16 and 17, New Nos.28 and 29, Ramanujam Chetty Street, Nungambakkam, Chennai 600 034 without insisting upon the production of the completion certificate from the Corporation of Chennai in the light of the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003.
