This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.5919 of 2024 on 21.03.2024 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30.a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30.a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4.Considering the submissions of both sides, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No. 5919 of 2024 dated 21.03.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every 1st & 3rd Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m.
