The Criminal Original Petition is filed for quashing the First Information Report in Crime No.1 of 2014 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Crime Branch CID, Coimbatore.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the First Information Report in Crime No.1 of 2014 was quashed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12199 of 2014, dated 23.12.2022.

3. In such view of the matter, nothing survives in this petition. Therefore, the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court record.
