This Petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(b) imposed in the Crl.OP.No.22852 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioners have complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 48 days.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.22852 of 2024 dated 23.09.2024 in para No.7(b) is modified to the effect that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 pm until further orders and the petitioners 2 & 3 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required .
