This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation dated 24.09.2017 sent by the petitioner and pass suitable orders in a time frame. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition has become infructuous and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this matter. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
