ORDER

Mr.T.Saravanan, learned counsel for the petitioner would want me to review the order dated 30.08.2019 in Tr.C.M.P.No.442 of 2019 on the 1/3

ground that the distance from Salem to Gobichettipalayam is 92 kilometres and it is not 400 kilometres as alleged by the petitioner.

2. I have gone through paragraph No.4 of the order dated 30.08.2019 in Tr.C.M.P.No.442 of 2019, which is sought to be reviewed. It is seen that there is a girl child born from the wed lock between the petitioner and the respondent. The wife/respondent has stated that she is finding great difficulty in travelling for the purpose of contesting the case leaving the girl child alone at home. It is on that ground the proceeding has been transferred and it is not solely based on the distance. There is no error apparent on the face of the record. The Review Application is dismissed. No costs.
