This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10062 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.8794 of 2024, dated 22.08.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Tuesday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed and final report has been filed in C.C. No.471 of 2024 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Chengalpet and the case is posted for hearing on 03.01.2025.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10062 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.8794 of 2024, dated 22.08.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate - II, Chengalpet on 10.01.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge.
