Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for records, of the respondents in proceedings, bearing Letter No.T.Dy.Com/Coaching-I/ARB/2017 dated 27.06.2017, and to quash the same and to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to appoint an independent Arbitrator such as a retired judge of this Court for hearing the arbitration between the petitioner and the respondent.
