(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.M.Kalaiyarasan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader, for respondents 1 to 5.

2. The manner in which the representation is filed, the authorities cannot be directed to consider the same. The petitioner may be justified in requesting for supply of clean potable water more frequently than what is being received now; however, would not get a right to obstruct the supply of water to other apartments.

3. The petitioner may file a fresh representation with the authority concerned, which representation, the authority may consider on its own merits and in accordance with the policy and law.

4. The writ petition stands disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.
