The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that already a charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Polur on 09.12.2019.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this criminal original petition with liberty to file fresh petition to quash the final report. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
