(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking leave to file appeal against the judgment and decree dated 09.11.2018 in O.S.No.222 of 2017 on the file of the Principal District Judge and Sessions Judge, Thiruvallur, the present petition has been filed.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a registered gazetted Wakf and the suit property belongs to the petitioner. Without making the petitioner as a party defendant, the suit has been decreed collusively.

3.Considering the abovesaid submission, leave is granted.
