This civil miscellaneous petition is filed seeking to condone the delay of 30 days in filing the above Civil Miscellaneous Appeal before this court against the order dated 26.06.2023 made in MCOP.No.382 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal / I Additional District Judge Court, Namakkal.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent.
3. Though name of the 1st respondent has been printed in the cause list, he has not entered appearance either in person or through counsel.
4. Sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Accordingly, the delay is condoned and the petition is ordered.
5. Registry is directed to number the civil miscellaneous appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
