ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15425 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025, passed by this Court to appear before the Fast Track Court Exclusively to deal with offences under the POCSO Act, Pondicherry daily at 10.30 a.m., from Monday to Friday and appear before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m on every Saturday and Sunday until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that charge sheet filed and the same is taken on file.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.15425 of 2025 dated 21.05.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
