ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to amend the offences as Section 2(16), 2(35), 9, 39, 50, 52, 56, 57 and 51 (I) of Wild Life Protection Act 1972 Amended Act 2022 List II Part A, Serial No.5 Indian Flying Fox Act, 1959 (Pteropus Giganteus) r/w section 2(e), 7, 27 of Indian Arms Act, 1959 instead of section 2(16), 2(35), 9,39, 50, 52, 56, 57 and 51 (I) of Wild Life Protection Act in Crl.O.P. No.24105 of 2025 vide order dated 02.09.2025 passed by this Court.
2. The learned counsel for petitioner would submit that at the time of filing bail petition, due to typographical error, the offences were wrongly mentioned. Hence, he filed this petition to amend the offence. 2/4
