This is a petition to dispense with the production of the original order and decree dated 16.06.2014 of the Rent Controller / X Judge, Small Causes Court, Chennai in R.C.O.P.No.345 of 2011.

2. Against the said order, since R.C.A., has been filed before the Rent Control Appellate Court, where the Certified Copy of the order has been filed, a photocopy of the order has been filed now in the typed set of papers. Recording the same, this petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to number the C.R.P., and post the same for admission next week.
