COMMON ORDER The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions. She has also made an endorsement to that effect. She further submitted that this Court by order dated 03.12.2024 dispensed with the personal appearance of the petitioner before the Trial Court and hence, the same benefit may be directed to continue. 2.Recording the submissions made and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these Criminal Original Petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn. Personal appearance of the petitioner before the Trial Court is dispensed with. It is made clear that the petitioner to appear before the Trial Court when the petitioner's appearance is absolutely necessary. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
