While disposing the Criminal Revision Case, this Court vide order dated 20.12.2022, directed the respondent to investigate the matter and file a final report on or before 20.02.2023. At request made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, extension of time is granted till 03.03.2023 vide order of this Court dated 21.02.2023.

2. Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that order of this Court has been complied with and he has also filed the status report, which shows that final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Alandur and the case is posted on 10.03.2023 for appearance of the complainant.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor is directed to serve the copy of the status report to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
