This writ petition has been filed challenging the transfer order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings dated 12.09.2019 and for a consequential direction to permit the petitioner to be transferred to Thiruvanapatti to work as a Noon Meal Organiser at the Government Higher Secondary School. 2.The petitioner had already given a representation to the respondents and had approached this Court by filing W.P.No.26713 of 2019 and this Court directed the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders. Without any orders being passed, the first respondent had issued a notification on 12.09.2019, which deals with transfers of various persons and the petitioner's name is also found in the order, wherein the petitioner was transferred to the Government Higher Secondary School, Kamatchipatti. This order is challenged in the present writ petition.

3.Mr.B.Anandan, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the second respondent submitted that an order has already been passed on the representation made by the petitioner on 28.11.2019 and the claim made by the petitioner has been rejected. The learned counsel, therefore submitted that there are absolutely no grounds to interfere with the transfer order that has been passed by the first respondent. 4.Heard Mr.V.Vijayashankar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also the fact that the District Collector, Krishnagiri had already considered the representation made by the petitioner and rejected her claim to be transferred to Thiruvanapatti, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the 2/3

impugned order passed by the first respondent. The transfer orders have been passed on administrative grounds based on certain requirements and there are no grounds to interfere with the same.

6.This Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Sd/- Assistant Registrar(CS VI) //True Copy// Sub Assistant Registrar hvk To
