This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate Additional Mahila Court, Chengalpattu on the first working day of every month until further orders in Crl.M.P.No.10159 of 2021 dated 07.10.2021 in Crl.O.P.No.12914 of 2021 in Crime No.1 of 2021 on the file of the Deputy Superintendent Police, CBCID, OCU-II, Channai dated 07.10.2021 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
