This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the third respondent to conduct the investigation in Crime No.10 of 2024 and to file the charge sheet before the concerned Magistrate within the period to be stipulated by this Court.
2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents/Police states that on completion of investigation in Crime No.10 of 2024, final report was filed before the learned Magistrate concerned in Spl.S.C.No.185 of 2024.
3. Since the third respondent/Police has completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the learned Magistrate concerned, nothing survives for adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
