This Petition has been filed to relax the the condition in para 6(b) the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 am until further order, vide order in Crl.OP.No.22082 of 2024 dated 09.09.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 63 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.22082 of 2024 on 09.09.2024 in para 6(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders.
