SUMATHI Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to Stay all further proceedings in O.S.No. 103 of 2015 on the file of the III Additional District Judges Court at Salem (CMP.16887/2017) pending disposal of the above appeal AS.515/2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.P.VALLIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- In this miscellaneous petition, on 22.09.2017, this Court passed the following order :- "None appears for the caveator.

There will be an order of interim stay of passing of final decree alone, pursuant to the preliminary decree in O.S.No.103/2015 dated 26.07.2017, on the file of the IIIrd Additional District Judge, Salem. Other proceedings shall go on until further orders. Notice returnable by 23.10.2017.

Thereafter, the matter has been kept pending till this date. Hence, the interim order already granted is made absolute and this petition is ordered accordingly.
