This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24921 of 2022 on 26.10.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect, that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e. On 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., till the filing of the charge sheet.
