Mr.P.K.Panner Selvam, learned Standing Counsel for the third respondent, the contesting respondent, fairly states that the impugned demands would not lie in the light of G.O. Ms. No.150, Municipal Administration and Water Supply (M.A.IV) Department, dated 19.11.2019 keeping in abeyance G.O. No.73 Municipal Administration and Water Supply (MA.IV) Department dated 19.07.2018.

2. Recording the aforesaid, the writ petition is allowed and the impugned demands are set aside. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
