This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Principal District Munsif Court, Vellore to dispose the suit in O.S.No.253 of 2016. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner / plaintiff submits that the plaintiff / petitioner herein filed the suit in the year 2016. In the year 2017 itself the suit is ripe for trial. Sofar the trial was not commenced. The plaintiff / petitioner herein is aged about 75 years praying for speedy disposal.

3. This Court perused the materials available on record. The plaintiff / petitioner herein is aged about more than 75 years old and suit is ripe for trial long back. Therefore, the trial Judge is directed to dispose the suit within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
