ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 04.11.2016 and thereby issue patta in respect of property comprised in SF.No.27/1 at Pulikarambalur Village, Thittakudi Taluk, Cuddalore District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Heard Mr.R.Nalliyappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.Anabayachozhan, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the first respondent, the first respondent conducted enquiry and allowed the appeal filed by the petitioner and thereby cancelled the patta issued in favour of the third respondent.

4. Recording the said submission, the writ petition is closed.
