This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent not to harass the petitioner pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that already case was registered as against the petitioner in Crime No.400 of 2024 for the offence under Sections 324(2) and 351 (2) of BNS on 04.11.2024.

4. In view of the above submission, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
