Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition and has also made an endorsement in this regard. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, however granting liberty to the petitioner, as there is no objection expressed by the learned Additional Government Pleader, to file statutory appeal before the first appellate authority. Such appeal, if filed within a period of two weeks from today, will be entertained by the registry of the first appellate authority without reference to limitation, but subject to all other statutory conditions be complied with including pre-deposit and disposed in accordance with law. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
