This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.25480 of 2022 on 20.10.2022 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and the petitioner was ordered to make his further appearance on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m until further orders

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., on 1st and 3rd Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
