ORDER
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition and he has also made an endorsement to the following effect:
"After filing the writ petition, the respondent bank had closed my deceased husband bank account and handed over the deposited amount on 09.01.2023 to the tune of Rs.6,00,000/- and the issue has been settled and the same may be recorded and close the Writ Petition."
