This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.25151 of 2022 on 18.10.2022 to report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners ares modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e. on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months.
