The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent to communicate the deletion report to the petitioner and other respondents by the third respondent before the petitioner attaining superannuation on 30.11.2019.

2.When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned Special Government Pleader agreed to communicate the decision taken by the Vigilance Commissioner to the petitioner, to the petitioner.
