2. The learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions stated that the District Revenue Officer /3rd respondent herein had passed necessary orders on 23.03.2020, therefore nothing survives in the writ petition.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
