Petitioner herein seeks direction to respondent police to complete the investigation and file final report on the complaint registered in Crime No.460 of 2011 on the file of the respondent Police. However, all the offences mentioned the FIR are punishable upto two years or with fine. After lapse of twelve years, final report even if filed, may not be taken cognizance by the learned Magistrate for want of limitation. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
