Gopinathreddy 10.Amaravathi 11.P.Santhosh Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition has been filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 21.11.2022 for cancellation of sub division made in the Petitioner's Survey Nos.759/2B1 and 759/3B2 into Survey No.759/3B1B to an extent of 0.45 cents vide Patta No.7873 of Nallur Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and to keep the revenue records in 1/4

S.No.759/3B, covered by Patta No.2805 as per the proceedings issued by the 2nd Respondent in No.Pa.Mu.4329/2019/B3, dated 24.01.2020, as confirmed by the DRO vide proceedings No.Pa.Mu.10683/2020/J2, dated 31.03.2022, within a time frame.

ORDER

1. This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the Petitioner, dated 21.11.2022 for cancellation of sub division made in the Petitioner's Survey Nos.759/2B1 and 759/3B2 into Survey No.759/3B1B to an extent of 0.45 cents vide Patta No.7873 of Nallur Village, Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District and to keep the revenue records in S.No.759/3B, covered by Patta No.2805 as per the proceedings issued by the 2nd Respondent in No.Pa.Mu.4329/2019/B3, dated 24.01.2020, as confirmed by the DRO vide proceedings No.Pa.Mu.10683/2020/J2, dated 31.03.2022, within a time frame.

2. This Court heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The learned Government Advocate for the Respondents 1 to 3 has submitted that the representation of the Petitioner dated 21.11.2022 had been considered and orders have been passed in favour of the Petitioner and 2/4

hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in this Writ Petition and also produced before this Court a copy of the proceedings dated 26.06.2024 in Pa.Mu.849/ 2024/B3, issued by the 1st Respondent to that effect.

It is seen from the said proceedings of the 1st Respondent dated 26.06.2024 that the prayer in this Writ Petition as sought for by the Petitioner has been granted in favour of the Petitioner and hence, nothing survives in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed, as nothing survives. No costs.
