This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10.30 am for until further orders, imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24730 of 2024 dated 15.10.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 24 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.24730 of 2024 on 15.10.2024 in para 6(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders.
