This Petition has been filed to relax the bail condition imposed on the petitioner that "the petitioner shall appear before the principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai on every working day at 10.30 am until further orders" in Crl.O.P.No.23884 of 2024 dated 27.09.2024. 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 25 days and investigation is pending in this matter. He would further submit that the petitioner has eight previous cases. 3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23884 of 2024 on 27.09.2024 in para No.7(a) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act, Chennai on the second working day of every month at 10.30 am and also before the respondent police on every Saturday at 06.30 pm until further orders. 13.11.2024 sai https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
