BCDFGISSSV NO 1071/2024 DATED 24.10.2024 passed by the 2n respondent under the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and quash the same and direct the Respondent to produce the saran 31 years S/O. Sathiyamoorthy who is presently confined in the central prison , Puzhal, Chennai before this Hon'ble court and set her at liberty.

Muniyapparaj, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent Authority and thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken.
