(Order of the court was made by N.KIRUBAKARAN.J.,) The matter was heard through "Video Conferencing". This Petition has been filed by the detenu, viz., Vivek, son of Manikandan, challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent in proceedings No.741/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 01.11.2019.

2.It is represented by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that the Government has revoked the detention order passed by the second respondent against the detenu. 3.In view of the said representation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
