O R D E R

This Revision has been filed to call for the records pertains to the order dated 18.01.2025 made in M.P. No.1810 of 2024 in M.C. No.291 of 2024 on the file of the VII Additional Family Court, Chennai and set aside the same.

2. When the matter came up for hearing, both parties are present along with their respective counsel.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. Despite this Court by order dated 06.10.2025, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- as part of arrears of maintenance to the credit of

M.C. No.291 of 2024, he has deposited the amount in the inactive account of the respondent which could not be utilized by the respondent. As per the direction of this Court by order dated 06.10.2025, the petitioner shall deposit the amount of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of M.C. No.291 of 2024 within a period of two weeks and shall pay Rs.25,000/- as interim maintenance on or before 10 th day of every English calender month until disposal of M.C. No.291 of 2024. 4.Further, the Trial Court is directed to dispose M.C.No.291 of 2024 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid directions, this Criminal Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
