ORDER

Mrs.Geetha Thamaraiselvan, learned Special Government Pleader, states that the petitioners are presently entitled to the return of original certificates in light of G.O.Ms.No.17 issued by the Health and Family Welfare (MCA-1) Department dated 11.01.2024.

2. Hence, let the petitioners approach the third respondent for return of the same and third respondent shall consider such request in line with G.O.Ms.No.17 dated 11.01.2024.
