Since there was no represenation on behalf of the petitioner on 19.02.2021, this Writ Petition was listed under the caption "for dismissal" on 19.02.2021 (i.e., today). Today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

2. In any event, it is noticed that this Writ Petition has been filed to forbear the respondents from providing the electricity connection to one B.Pramkumar without impleading him https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

as a party. That apart, it appears that this a private dispute between the petitioner and D.Pramkumar.

3. As proper determination has to be there regarding right of the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy before a Civil Court and thereafter approach the respondent with a proposal to disconnect electricity connection given to said B.Pramkumar. No cost. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
