(Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) The review is sought for solely on the ground that we have not taken into account the certificates issued to maternal relatives of the petitioner in the Writ Petition, describing them as "Kurumba" and "Kurumban", a Most Backward Class community.

2.This is apparently a ground taken on an erroneous assumption. In paragraph 8 of the order under review, we had in fact, referred to the said description and also in the order of this Court in W.P.No.25963 of 2013 dated 22.11.2013 and the clarification issued by the Government on 18.03.2014 instructing the Authorities in-charge in deciding on community certificates to ignore descriptions as "Kurumbar" in the community certificate. In fact, we had also dealt with the case of the petitioner where, he himself has come to the Court with a claim that he has been wrongly described as "Kurumbar" in the certificate issued. 3.We had also adverted to the Government letter dated 18.03.2014 issued by the Government. The Authorities are bound to re-call the 2/4
