This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in paragraph No.7 of the order passed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.22466 of 2019 dated 26.08.2019 that ''.... the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Chidambaram on condition that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two blood related sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or ...''

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the above condition imposed as against the petitioners in Crl.OP.No.22466 of 2019 dated 26.08.2019 is modified to the effect that ''the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance, before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Chidambaram on condition that the petitioners shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each with two sureties each

for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or ... ''.

4. It is made clear that the other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain intact. Further, the time to execute sureties in respect of Crl.OP.No.22466 of 2019 is extended till 03.01.2024. 20.12.2023 gvn Note: Issue order copy on 20.12.2023
